High tides break records, closing several roadways, flooding neighborhoods on both coasts
In Southern California, waves battered homes near the water as record-setting king tides flooded both coasts. In Southern Florida, strong offshore winds washed out parts of the shoreline. Carter Evans reports and Rob Marciano has the forecast.
