California establishes Dolly Parton Day on Sept. 25 in honor of late country legend
Gov. Gavin Newsom signed legislation to honor the Queen of Country in California on a day — 9-2-5 — that references her chart-topping song from the hit 1980 movie of the same name, "9 to 5."
