In addition, another BusinessWeek article
entitled “Bush Plan Provokes
Mexico” at http://freeinternetpress.com/story.php?sid=6905
-- was copied and is contained in your site’s archives,
which, according to your site, are accessible in return for payment of a
donation. This posting and distribution is similarly without permission
from McGraw-Hill.
This copying, posting and distribution of these BusinessWeek articles, copyright in which
is owned by McGraw-Hill, clearly infringes McGraw-Hill’s copyright and
other intellectual property rights. Note that your site claims that at
least two of these BusinessWeek
articles were copied from the Spiegel Online web site at www.spiegel.de, but as noted on that web
site, these articles were posted on Spiegel Online with permission from BusinessWeek. Also as noted on the
Spiegel Online web site, any further copying and posting of these articles by
others would require authorization, which was not obtained by your site.
Please immediately remove these unauthorized postings of the BusinessWeek articles, as well as any
further BusinessWeek articles
posted and being distributed on your site without authorization. Please
